Anti social behaviour and issues around the derelict Pelican Inn/Lodge - Timperley

I wanted to provide you with an update about the derelict Pelican Inn and Lodge on Manchester road, Timperley. Sadly it has been deteriorating over the past few years with people gaining access and causing further damage and issues for the area. 

Greater Manchester Police have been working with our partners within Trafford building control & regulation and the fire service to ensure that the building is properly secured and today further improvements have been made. There is further work going on in the background to ensure that the site does not deteriorate further whilst a permanent solution is ongoing.  

We will continue to visit the site daily attention, and we will give you further updates.
